Art in Architecture
As part of the 2009 restoration of the historic Salzburg State Theatre, an artistic installation by Thomas Baumann was realized along the building’s long side on Schwarzstraße. The sculpture Stimono, a large glass vitrine on a base, contains LEDs that illuminate in varying patterns, reflecting the mood and activity within the auditorium or foyer.
