FAQ about our Streaming Service

 

How much does the streaming service cost?

Please refer to the pricing information listed under each streaming production. Recordings from past seasons are available free of charge. Some productions are offered with a paywall of €9 (€7.50 + €1.50 VAT). After purchase, you will be able to watch the production for 3 days.

How can I watch the streams?

Select a performance and follow the link under the production image, or visit: https://sbglandestheater.vhx.tv/products. Click the button indicating the price for the selected stream and follow the platform’s instructions:

 

You will be asked to register:

  1. Enter your email address. A new field will appear: re-enter your email address.

  2. Set a password. These will be your login credentials. You can use them to log in to Vimeo at any time.

  3. Choose your preferred payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and enter your payment details.

  4. Click “Complete purchase”.

 

Start the stream and enjoy the evening!

How do I watch free videos?

To stream a free video, you must also enter the discount code “landestheater”.

 

Please follow these steps after selecting a production:

  1. Enter your email address. A new field will appear: re-enter your email address.

  2. Create a password.

  3. You can skip the “Payment information” section.

  4. Below, you will find a small box labelled “Promo code?”. Click it and enter the code “landestheater”. Then click “Apply”.

  5. IMPORTANT: A new field will appear above the email address field: please enter your name.

  6. Instead of “Complete purchase”, the button will now say “Redeem now” – click it.

Is additional material available?

On Vimeo, we provide the programme booklet and an audio introduction. Both can be found on the respective overview page of the selected production.
