Breathe in the stage air, dive into waves of text, feel the stage fright, and communicate with body language — embark on your theatre adventure! Join the drama youth club ACT OUT and explore the many facets of acting in new ways. Dare to become part of ACT OUT! Your talent will be nurtured and your skills expanded during weekly meetings. Together, we also take a look behind the scenes, learning about the structures and workflows of a theatre. In spring 2026, you will stand on stage yourself and present the piece you have developed. DANCE STAGE

The community stage and the youth dance club STEP OUT collaborated last season and continue their joint path this season. The new format is called "Dance Stage" (Tanzbühne) and offers not only the chance to unleash your inner dance passion but also to learn choreographic skills and present the results of this physical journey in an evening of self-created short dance pieces. Under the title “MetaMOVEosis,” movement is explored, steps are learned, and personal short stories are translated into dance. The only requirement: enthusiasm for movement, dance, and experimentation! Following the motto: “Tell us what moves you and we’ll show you how!”

SALZBURG FESTIVAL AND THEATRE CHILDREN’S CHOIR
DO YOU LIKE TO SING?
Singing in the children’s choir means experiencing the grand world of opera up close on stage. Under the direction of Wolfgang Götz, the Salzburg Festival and Theatre Children’s Choir offers the opportunity to not only enjoy music but also get to know theatre work. For younger children, there are preparatory choir groups that introduce them to singing age-appropriately. The concert choir intensively promotes vocal and musical education, rehearsed and performed in numerous concerts. Joining the choir is possible throughout the year.
