Kim Duddy
Choreographer
Kim Duddy studied in New York, where her time on Broadway and her work with Bob Fosse were formative for her career. In 1987, an engagement with Cats brought her to Vienna, where she simultaneously began her path as a choreographer. She headed the ballet company of the Vienna Volksoper and directed productions such as "Sweet Charity", "The Rocky Horror Show", "Jesus Christ Superstar", "Hair" and "The Wiz". She created the choreographies for the world premieres of "Ich war noch niemals in New York", "Hinterm Horizont", "Der Medicus", "I Am From Austria" and many more. She received the award for “Best Choreography” for the world premiere of "Goethe!" and "Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812" was honored with the Austrian Music Theatre Award.
