She studied classical ballet from 2000 to 2008 at the Escola do Teatro Bolshoi no Brasil in Joinville. In 2009, she was offered a position with the junior company of Bolshoi Brasil, where she appeared as a soloist in productions including “Don Quixote”, “The Nutcracker” and “Les Sylphides”.

She has worked with renowned dance icons such as Natalia Osipova, Yelena Andrienko, Ivan Vassiliev, Andrey Bolotin, Andrey Uvarov and Joseph Philips. She has also taught classical ballet in Brazil and abroad. Her tours have taken de Matos to countries including Italy, Germany, Paraguay, Switzerland and Kazakhstan.

As a guest artist, she participated in the “Virtuosos of World Ballet” gala in 2012 and 2013, performing in 25 cities across Russia and Ukraine alongside dancers from around the world.

Since the beginning of the 2015/16 season, she has been a member of the ballet ensemble at Salzburger Landestheater and has attracted particular attention as Clara in Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker” and in the title role of Prokofiev’s “Cinderella”. In Reginaldo Oliveira’s acclaimed production “Frida’s World”, she dances the role of Cristina Kahlo.
