Benjamin Lageder lives and works in Salzburg as a theater musician, composer, producer, and electronic and indie musician. He creates sound installations, participates in experimental formats, and composes music for children.

His works often reflect on his life or social developments, translating them into sound and text. Using computers, synthesizers, guitars, and various effects, Lageder crafts strangely beautiful soundscapes, for example in theater productions such as "Die Schnecke im Universum" and "Die Infantin trägt den Scheitel links" at Toihaus Theater Salzburg. His sound installations have also been presented at the Radiomuseum and Stadtgalerie.
