Director / Dramaturgy

A versatile artist, she stands out for her exploration of new languages in musical theater, as evidenced by her diverse and trasdisciplinary artistic journey. 

As a stage director, she is a finalist in esteemed competitions as the 13th Opera Europa Directing Prize (Smetana’s Two Widows) and the Lithuanian National Opera Theater’s Young Director Competition (Offenbach’s Les Contes d’Hoffmann). ​She made directorial debuts at the Turkistan Music and Drama Theater (KZ) with the play Magzhan and at Teatro Regio di Torino with Mozart's Bastien und Bastienne, and has collaborated on the screenplay for the 2020 worldwide broadcast season opening of Teatro alla Scala.

In 2024, she embarked on a new shared adventure in opera direction together with Carlo Massari, founding the COCM Design Studio. The duo’s first creation - The Voyage by Philip Glass - inaugurated the Klaipėda State Music Theatre. Their next production, Giulio Cesare in Egitto, will premiere in 2026 at the Salzburger Landestheater.

Trained under the guidance of director Davide Livermore, she works as an assistant director in opera productions for Deborah Warner, Richard Jones, Johannes Erath, Slava Daubnerová, Allex Aguilera at renowned venues: Teatro alla Scala, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Teatro Bellini di Catania, Palau de Les Arts in Valencia, Opéra de Montecarlo, Festival Torre del Lago Puccini, Soirées Lyriques de Sanxay.

Commencing her career as an opera singer, she won the Spoleto TLS Competition and has been a member of the Centre de Perfeccionament Plácido Domingo at Palau des Arts in Valencia.  Her performances encompass classical, baroque, and especially contemporary repertoire, in prestigious venues such as Teatro Regio Torino, Royal Opera House Muscat, Innsbruck Festival of Early Music, Seoul Arts Center, among others.

As a co-founder and co-arranger of the cross-over project Swing Opera, she has successfully presented the initiative at prestigious events like Festival Verdi OFF, Macerata Opera Festival, Umbria Jazz, among others.

Graduating with honors from the Faculty of Disciplines of Arts, Music and Theater in Turin (IT), her focus on planning and techniques of Educational and Social Theater aligns with her commitment to projects such as Community Opera, Inclusive Opera, Get Close to Opera within the RESEO network.
