Dinka Jeričević

Staging

Dinka Jeričević studied architecture and interior design at the School of Applied Arts in Zagreb and furthered her education in London. Since 1969, she has worked as a set designer, initially in film and television. Her first theater set was created in 1974 at the Croatian National Theatre Zagreb (HNK), where she designed over 60 sets for theater, opera, and ballet and was a permanent staff member from 1992 to 2009. In total, she has designed more than 450 theater sets, over 300 for television, and 15 for film.

Internationally renowned, she has worked in Slovenia, the USA, Australia, Scotland, Taiwan, and Azerbaijan, among others. She has received numerous awards, including the Croatian Theatre Award three times. From 1978 to 2012, she was a professor at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb, where she continues to teach.
