Matteo Rondinelli trained at the BRG secondary school in Vienna and at the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera under Vladimir Shishov. From 2020 to 2022, he worked with the junior company of the Vienna State Ballet, where he appeared in productions including “Die Fledermaus” and “Jamie”, as well as at the 2019 and 2020 Vienna Opera Balls.

He subsequently joined the Moravian Theatre Olomouc, where he appeared in productions including “Giselle”, “Ivan the Terrible” and “The Nutcracker”. His engagements also took him to the National Theatre Brno, among other venues. In 2020, Matteo Rondinelli was awarded second prize in the pas de deux category at the European Ballet Grand Prix.

Since 2023, he has been a member of the ballet ensemble at Salzburger Landestheater, where he has appeared in all productions in the ballet and musical repertoire – most recently also in a solo role in “Rosa” by Reginaldo Oliveira.
