Maya Arad Yasur

Maya Arad Yasur, born in 1976 in Israel, studied dramaturgy at the University of Amsterdam and worked as a production dramaturg, among other places, in the Netherlands and Israel.
Her plays have received numerous awards, including First Prize at the playwriting competition of the ITI (International Theatre Institute) and UNESCO, as well as the Stückemarkt Award at the Berlin Theatertreffen. In 2019, translations of her play "Amsterdam" were selected by both the German-speaking and French committees of EURODRAM.
