Salzburg Theatre is the leading theatre company for the city and the state of Salzburg. The work of the company is inspired by Max Reinhardt’s vision to understand “the city as a stage”. The program commits to contemporary and classical texts as well as to aesthetic and public discourse. The core of the artistic work is the responsibility of the company’s ensemble. Their work is complemented by guest performers.
