Shakespeare im Park: Feen und Gespenster

Theatre in the park of Leopoldskron Castle, where Max Reinhardt once built his garden theater: For ten years now, the Salzburg State Theater has been sending elves, lovers and confused people, queens and kings and other Shakespearean characters into the attractive arrangement of the station drama in the great outdoors.

From May 2024, things will be mysterious when fairies and ghosts populate the park and conjure up beautifully gruesome fates from Shakespeare's cosmos of characters.

Additional information Leopoldskron Castle:

- When purchasing the ticket, you can also purchase a voucher for a picnic basket, which can be redeemed on site. The baskets are prepared by the Schlosshotel Leopoldskron.
- The baskets can be received one hour before the start of the performance.
- Picnic baskets are available at the box office, subject to availability (payments are only possible cashless). The contents are modified for children.
- Vegetarian and vegan picnic baskets are available upon request and by prior order only.
- Taking the baskets to the performance is permitted.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to consume food and drinks that you have brought with you.
- Due to the limited number of parking spaces we recommend you to use public transport.
- We recommend sturdy shoes for the parks. The path through the park is not paved.

If there are any changes due to rain, there will an announcement on our website 3 hours before the start of the performance.
