Working at the Salzburg State Theater

Around 280 employees from 33 nations and up to 100 guest artists annually work together at the Salzburg State Theater in more than 80 different professions. Besides actors, dancers, and singers, many behind-the-scenes departments like set decoration, stage technology, costume making, makeup, lighting, acoustics, carpentry, sculpture, upholstery, and props all help realize the stage magic.
